Tree’s For Tomorrow KinderWild Camp

Tree’s For Tomorrow’s seasonal KinderWild Camp for preschoolers returns this spring, occurring every Friday from April 5th-May 24th. KinderWild is open to children ages3-5, with each Friday offering science lessons, crafts and time to explore and play outdoors. KinderWild Camp offers two sessions each Friday- morning and afternoon. The morning session lasts from 8:15am-11:15am, dropoff starting at 7:30am. LOLA Arts May Classes

Rhinelander Kiwanis Splash Pad Fundraising

The Rhinelander Kiwanis Club announced plans to construct a new splash pad at Hodag Park. If fundraising goals are met this year, the splash pad could be constructed in spring 2025. Eagle River Chamber 6th Annual “Sip N Shop Wine Walk”

Tickets for “Sip-N-Shop Wine Walk” are on sale now at the Eagle River Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber invites all shopping enthusiasts to enjoy an afternoon of shopping and wine sampling in downtown Eagle River on the 6th annual Wine Walk from noon-5pm on Saturday June 15th. The “I Love Eagle River” wristband/perk card program is back for its 11th The wristbands and perk cards provide instant savings wile shopping in downtown Eagle River at participating businesses. National Stamp Out Hunger Day

Saturday May 11th is National Stamp Out Hunger Day. The Lakeland Pantry has collaborated with the Minocqua, Woodruff, Hazelhurst, Lake Tomahawk and Lac Du Flambeau Post Offices in the effort to help stamp out food insecurities in the Northwoods. Community members are encourage to leave a sturdy bag of non-perishable food next to their mailbox on Saturday May 11th. Your letter carrier will take care of the rest.
