The Phelps Historical Museums “Antique Critique” is set for Sunday July 22nd from 1 to 5pm. It will be at the Phelps School Commons. Cost for attendance to view appraisals is $10. Cost for appraisals is $20 and $10 more per additional item. There will be a basket raffle at 4pm for 7 baskets valued up to $200 each.
