25th Festival of Lights in Three Lakes will be held Friday Nov 26th beginning at 4pm. Event will take place at Cy Williams Park, includes a old fashioned tree light ceremony and sleigh rides from 4pm-7pm. Santa and Mrs. Clause will arrive at 5pm.
