The VFW Post 7898 in Woodruff invites all Veterans to take a trip to the High Ground in Neillsville WI on Sunday July 22nd. The bus ride is free for Veterans, you will need to pay for your lunch and dinner. There are four pickup locations….Woodruff Fire House from 8 to 9am with coffee and donuts, SaveMore parking lot, (east side by grass) from 9:15 to 9:30, Hazelhurst ICO Martins Gas Station from 9:50 to 10am, and Tomahawk Gas Station (corner of 86 & 51) at 10:30am. Bus leaves for the High Ground at 10:45 and stops for lunch before getting to the High Ground. Leave for home when tour is over.
