Great Headwaters Trails and the American Cancer Society invite you to enjoy the new and growing Conover-Phelps trail on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Conover Community Park, 4679 Park Circle, Conover, WI 54519. 8 am – 1 pm.
This event celebrates and remembers a treasured Northwoods Volunteer and supports the American Cancer Society’s patient/family outreach services and Relay for Life of the Northwoods.
Help complete the Conover-Phelps Trail.
