So another beautiful snowy spring day in the Northwoods.

Just think only 19 weeks till autumn. It's almost just plain funny now. Let's ride her out and see how long we can take this weather. Damn global warning!

Well, as long it is FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY, we need to celebrate! It's time to enjoy a wonderful fish fry recipe.

Today we dine on a recipe from Bob Kimble. Bob said that this is his favorite, it is SOOOOO simple, but nothing compares. So today we dine on Bob's Fish.

The Parts:

1 lb of your favorite fish
2 sleaves of saltines

4 Beaten eggs
Flour

Makin' It:
Roll crackers fine with rolling pin in a zip top bag..
Shake fish in flour.
Dredge in beaten eggs.
Place fish in cracker crumbs and coat.
Deep fry at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

Bob it is simple and sounds very good. Your fish is on the way.

Now don't forget, if you have a recipe that everyone should try get it to me. All recipes can be sent by e-mails, letter, or dropped off her at the studios in Eagle River. If I use you recipe on this blog you will receive a FREE fish fry to a local restaurant.
