FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today we dine on a favorite of Carol and Tom Thompson of Hazelurst. Carol said that Tom got this recipe from a fish camp and they use it whenever the grandkids show up with a batch of fish.

Today we dine on...Thompsons Bluegill

The Parts:
12 bluegill fillets
1 16-oz. carton sour cream
1 cup brown mustard
3 cups yellow cornmeal
salt and pepper to taste
peanut oil for frying

Makin' It:

Mix the sour cream and mustard in large bowl.
Coat fillets with first two ingredients and let stand for 20 minutes in refrigerator. 
Season cornmeal with salt and pepper, before dredging the fish in the mixture.
Deep fry in hot peanut oil.  

EAT!!!!! Thompsons your fish is on the way.
