Today we dine on Carries Lemon Pepper and Dill fish.
Ingredients: 1 pound fish fillets
1 stick butter
Dried dill weed to taste
Lemon pepper to taste
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Makin’ It: Place fish on cookie sheet.
Cut butter into pads and place all over fish.
Sprinkle with dill weed and lemon pepper.
Drizzle fresh lemon juice all over the fish.
Cover and cook in oven at 350 till fish turns white and flakey.
This is very simple and sounds great Carrie.
