Today I will not be on the air from the WRJO studio but I will be from LVD Casino from 2p-5p. Join me for some slot machine fun and winning.

Okay on to the business of today. The recipe we have is from Casey Little of Rhinelander and Milwaukee. Casey said that this recipe is a family staple and just plain good. Today we dine in "Litte Fish".

The Parts:
2 lbs fish fillets
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 egg
4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Makin' It: 
In a pie tin, mix flour and seasoning.

On second tin, place bread crumbs.

In bowl, beat egg with fork.

Coat fish with flour, dip into egg and coat well with bread crumbs.

In nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add 2 fish fillets and cook 3 minutes.

Carefully turn fish over. Reduce heat to medium and cook about 3 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Repeat for remaining 2 fillets.

Very nice. Sounds Great Casey. Your fish is on the way.
