It's about time....It's FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY!
I wanna get right to the recipe. This week we are enjoying the recipe of Scott and his dog Ranger.
This recipe is a favorite shore luncher they use here and in Canada. So today we dine on....
Scott and Rangers Fish (they didn't have a flashy name)...
The Parts: 4 walleye fillets (and 1 extra if your dog is along).
1 Larger zip top freezer bag 1 cup flour
1 cup shore lunch
1 table spoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon ceyenne pepper The Mix: Put all the parts but the fish is the bag and zip.
Shake until all the parts are mixed.
One fillet at a time, add the fish and shake well. When removing the fillet, remember to shake off the extra coating.
Fry in 350 degree oil until golden brown.
PERFECT! Simple, easy, and Deeeelish. Thanks Scott and Ranger, your free fish fry certificate is in the mail.
Now don't forget, if you have a recipe that everyone should try get it to me. All recipes can be sent by e-mails, letter, or dropped off her at the studios in Eagle River. If I use you recipe on this blog you will receive a FREE fish fry to a local restaurant.
