Say it loud and proud...
It's FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY.
Today we enjoy...
Twisted Oven Fried Fish.
Most oven fish are skinless or unless they come out of a box, are not crumb covered. This recipe combines both crumbs and the oven, not grease or oil.
The Parts:
1 lb. fish fillets
2 egg whites
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. cornflake crumbs
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
Salt, pepper
Dash paprika
1 teaspoon taco mix
To Create:
Beat egg whites and oil together in a shallow dish.
Mix crumbs and seasonings in a shallow dish.
Dip each fish fillet first in the egg oil mixture, then in the crumbs, coating both sides.
Spray a baking pan with Pam. Arrange the fillets in pan single layer. Spray fillets with Pam.
Bake fish without turning until golden crisp and flakes easily. Bake uncovered.
Oven temperature 400 degrees and time approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
Bing, Bang, BOOOOOOOM.
