Well that was a quick week. Off Tuesday and Wednesday, makes short work of it.

On to business, It is FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY!!
This week we enjoy a recipe from Kirk VanPelt of Green Bay. Kirk say's that a trip to the Northwood's is not complete without a fish fry cooked his families favorite way. Today we dine on "Chips and Cheese Fish".
The Parts: 1 pounds fish fillets
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
1 cup crushed potato chips
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation: Preheat oven to 500°.
Dip fish in the salad dressing.
Place in a greased baking dish.
Combine potato chips and cheese; sprinkle over fish.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Kirk this sounds Great. Your fish is on the way.
