Well I hope you made it throught the heat. What a crazy week.
To help you help get into this weekend, we start it all with this special day. It's FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY!!
This week we enjoy...Cheesey Lemon and Garlic Walleye
5 large Walleye fillets
1/4 cp. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp minced Garlic
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
2 tbsp. Parsley
1/4 cp. Parmesan Cheese
Coat a baking dish with cooking spray. and place fish on.
Mix lemon juice, butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and red pepper in a bowl. Pour this mixture over the fish and top with Parmesan cheese.
Place it into the oven to bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees F.
