Well happy days are here again.
It is definitely, FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY! And Friday the 13th..............
Today we dine on a fish treat from Carol Oinos of Park Falls. Carol said that this recipe has been a favorite in her family for many years.
Today we dine on…Baked Italian Fish.
The Parts:
1 1/2 lbs. white fish in fillets or cut steaks
1 tsp. butter
1 sm. can pizza sauce
3 onions
3 stalks of celery
1 green pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
Mixin’ and Makin’ The Parts:
Place fish in loaf pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Cut vegetables and mix with salt, pepper, sugar and pizza sauce. Place vegetable mix in and around the fish.
Add chopped parsley to the soup and cover the fish and vegetables.
Bake uncovered at 325 for 1 hour.
Serve over cooked rice.
It really does sound simple, easy, and very delicious. Carol your fish fry is in the mail.
