Well this was a crazy week. A holiday in the middle of the week, then back at it to wrap it up!

But, we can say that we finally made it. It's FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY!

Today we have a nice recipe from Karl Kuepper of Hartland Wisconsin. Karl spends his vacation time with us in the Northwoods and says that this is just one of his favorite fish recipes.

So today we dine on Karl Kuepper Pan Fried Bluegill.

The Parts:
2 lbs. fillet bluegill fish
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cornmeal
Vegetable oil for frying

Makin’ It:
Fillet and clean your bluegill. Rinse and dry fish.
Add salt and pepper to milk.
Mix flour and cornmeal. Dip fish fillets into milk mix and roll in flour mixture.
Fry in hot oil at moderate heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown on one side.
Turn carefully and fry 4 to 5 minutes longer - or until other side is golden brown and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Drain on paper.
