Good Mosquito infested day to you and Happy FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY!.

The Northwoods mosquito population is out of this world right now. We are waiting for a dragon fly hatch, and hoping it comes soon. My wife and I were out securing a deck board last night and we did all we could to maintain composure in the 2 minute job. we were getting pummeled by a swarm of the little blood suckers. If your planning a visit bring lots of 100% deet. It may kill you, but the mosquitos will not.

Okay today we have a recipe from Kelly Brewster of Boulder Junction. Kelly said that this is the Brewster family favorite. Today we dine on spicy fish.

The Parts:
6 nice fish fillets
1 stick butter
1 onion, finely chopped
3 c. canned tomatoes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. catsup
1/2 lemon
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt

Makin It:
Dredge fish in a mixture of salt, pepper and flour, and place in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.

Melt butter; add onion, and simmer until tender.

Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, lemon, garlic, salt, and cayenne.

Cook until mixture is hot.  

Pour over fish and bake for an hour at 350. 

Kelly, this sounds wonderful. Your fish is in the mail.
