First, I am sorry for no blogs this week, it has been a doosey.
But what better day to make sure we have something posted. It's FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYFRIDAY!
Today in honor of Memorial Weekend and all the outdoor activities, it is a grillin' fish recipe. Also it has got to be one of the simplest recipes that I have posted. This is what I would suggest. Do not plan on cooking this and then taking it inside to eat. Just cook it on the grill and eat in when it is finished, and repeat. You might also might want to have a bunch of cold ones next to the grill.
Ok today we dine on...
Memorial Day Grilled Fish.
Whatever fish you like that is in fillet form.
Bottle Italian dressing
Old bay seasoning
Marinate fish for 2 hours in Italian dressing and Old bay.
Grill 3-5 minutes, one side. Turn and lightly season with s and p.
Cook 3-5 more minutes. Check for doneness.
Cooking time varies due to thickness of fish.
Tah-Dah! You'll Thanks me later.
