The day of the little gilled critter. It's FISH FRY FRIDAY!!!!!
Today we dine on a delicious recipe from the big book of family recipes. It is simple and only calls for 4 ingredients besides the fish of your choice.
4 of your favorite fish fillets
3 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon melted butter
1 clove galic chopped
1 teaspoon parsley
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Rinse fillets under cool water, and pat dry with paper towels. Place fillets in baking dish.
Pour lemon juice over fillets, then drizzle butter on top. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven until the fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 30 minutes.
