 woke up this morning with the thought of a day filled with deep fried perfection is keeping me going.

It is definitely off to somewhere to enjoy some gilled little critter tonight. Why? Because it's FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY!

But we have some business to take care of first and that is a recipe. With open water fishing starting next Saturday the 7th, we must prepare. Prepare to enjoy delicious home made fish.

Our recipe this week is for the most targeted specie next week. The Walleye. But it has to be something different. This is something that can be done for shore lunch as well as at home, inside or out.

So enjoy...Camp Style Walleye.

The Parts:

Walleye fillets
butter
salt and pepper
lemon juice
tin foil

Combining The Parts:

Put two fillets in aluminum foil.

Put a few pads of butter on each fillet.

Salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Fold aluminum foil to seal fillets in a pouch and grill for 10 to 15 minutes, or until fish flakes with a fork. 

This one is Simple, Easy, and down right Delicious.
