Well it is a Good Friday.
Two special days in one. One of those being FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY.
Today due to the Easter Holiday we have a special fish recipe.
Today is Good Friday and while traditionally those who celebrate the day fast, a number of people chose to forgo meat and instead eat fish as a way to honor the holiday. And when it comes to fish, it doesn't get much healthier than salmon.
From helping you to prevent injuries to reducing PMS symptoms, the healthy omega-3 fatty acids in salmon have been linked with helping to fight off symptoms of depression, dementia, cancer and arthritis.
Yep, it's kind of a miracle food. And on Good Friday what better than a miracle.
So enjoy...
