So today, I wish you Good Friday and a Happy FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY.
This week we go back to the recipes and start off with a simple pleasure.
Baked Herb Walleye
The Parts:
1 lb. walleye fillets
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. crushed saltine crackers
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Makin It’:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan in preheated oven.
In a bowl, combine cracker crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, salt, and garlic powder.
Dip fish fillets into butter, then coat in crumb mixture.
Arrange fillets in baking pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
