OK, now were talkin'. It's finally FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY!

It's going to be a snowy night to go out and get a fish fry, but it is FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY!.

Today we get our recipefrom Merlin and Dorothy Wolowski of Woodruff. Merlin said that he just loves this recipe because he loves to fish and eat fish, and his doctor likes it because it's not fried. Today we dine on Merlin's Oven Cooked Fish.

The Parts:
1 lb. Norhern fillets
1/4 c. Vinegar dressing (2 parts vegetable oil to 1 part vinegar or lemon or lime juice)
1 c. dry bread crumbs

Makin' It:
Preheat oven to 500°F.
Pat fish fillets dry and then dip into the vinegar dressing.
Now dip into the bread crumbs.
Use cooking spray to grease cookie sheet and place fish on it.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Serves 4.

This sounds very good Merlin. May have to give it a shot this summer. Your fish is on the way.

Now don't forget, if you have a recipe that everyone should try get it to me. All recipes can be sent by e-mails, letter, or dropped off her at the studios in Eagle River. If I use you recipe on this blog you will receive a FREE fish fry to a local restaurant.
