Wow!! Happy Spring! I know that it seems as though the upcoming “storm” is really at the forefront of conversation but if we get what is expected to come our way, it’s worth talking about!
Be careful if you are out on the roads, plan ahead for the possibility of power outages and take whatever precautions you feel necessary. As for myself, I am going to head home this afternoon, let the dog out, pack an overnight bag and head back to Eagle River so that I can be sure to get to work safely tomorrow. Be sure to tune in for any school closings or other cancellations, I will be here bright and early to field your phone calls and be sure to keep up to date through our facebook page, WRJOldies 94.5fm.
This is only a temporary setback in the progression of Spring and we ought to be used to it – happens every year just in varying degrees. I will take a portion of the responsibility for having my bike in the garage and ready to hit the road but I will not take all of it (saw a couple of bikes actually out riding over the weekend and I am sure they were not the ONLY ones ……….) and as long as I can finally get it out before the Tomahawk rally in September, then all is good J
Have a good and safe night … till tomorrow … Amy
