Welcome to a pre Daylight Savings, FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY!

Don't forget to set those clocks ahead an hour this weekend.

Today we are going oven baked healthy. From Mirranda Cleater of Mercer we are dining on...Crispy Baked Northern. Mirranda said that this is a family favorite.


The Parts:
1 lb. Northern Pike fillets
1/4 c. French dressing.
1 c. dry bread crumbs


Makin' It: 
Preheat oven to 500°F.
 
Dip fish into well seasoned French dressing. Once coated well dip them into bread crumbs.
 
Arrange on an baking pan sprayed with Pam.
 
Pour any remaining French dressing over fish.
 
Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.

Mirranda this sounds terrific. I do love the northern.
