Wolf's Blog

Wow! It is finally here. I thought our new winter might have blown it away.

Today we dine on a simple but very delicious recipe.

I call it...I want to eat some fish quick walleye.

The Parts:
1 lb Walleye
Garlic salt
White pepper
Sweet basil
Lemon juice
Parmesan cheese
Italian style bread crumbs
Melted butter

Makin' It:
Place fish skin side down in glass baking dish.

In mixing bowl combine a little bit of all the ingredients, but not the fish.

Sprinkle generously on fish.

Bake in 425 degree oven for 10-20 minutes until bubbly and flaky.

That's it! Fast and Delicious.
