Wow! It is finally here. I thought our new winter might have blown it away.
It's FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY!!!!
Today we dine on a simple but very delicious recipe.
I call it...I want to eat some fish quick walleye.
The Parts:
1 lb Walleye
Dill
Garlic salt
White pepper
Sweet basil
Lemon juice
Parmesan cheese
Italian style bread crumbs
Melted butter
Makin' It:
Place fish skin side down in glass baking dish.
In mixing bowl combine a little bit of all the ingredients, but not the fish.
Sprinkle generously on fish.
Bake in 425 degree oven for 10-20 minutes until bubbly and flaky.
That's it! Fast and Delicious.
