I am not wasting any time today. It is a very festive day.
The recipe we have for today is from Cameron and Darcy Dixon. This recipe per the Dixon’s is simple, easy, and DELICIOUS!!!
This week we dine on French Fried Fish
The Parts: 1 lb. fish fillets or small whole fish
1/4 c. French dressing (2 parts vegetable oil to 1 part vinegar or lemon or lime juice)
1 c. dry bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 500°F.
Dip fish into French dressing, then into bread crumbs.
Arrange on an oiled baking dish.
Pour any remaining French dressing over fish.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
