Well on to todays festivities. It's FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY!!!

Today we enjoy a recipe from Angella and Cory Petterson of Crystal Falls. Angella said that this recipe is one that came from her dad and he always made it on there family trips.

Today we dine on Daddy Don's fish.

The Parts:
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1-1/2 cups crushed saltines (about 45 crackers)
2 pounds fish fillets
Oil for frying

Makin' It:
Place eggs and cracker crumbs in separate shallow bowls. Dip fillets into eggs, then coat with crumbs. Let stand for 5 minutes.

In an pan heat oil to 350.

Fry fillets, a few at a time, for 2 minutes on each side or until fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.

Drain on paper towels.

Eat!

This sounds wonderful Angella. Your fish is on the way.
