Happy FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY!
First off a Happy 50th Anniversary to my parent.
Second, let's get to that fish. This weeks recipe comes to us from Harold Anderson of Tony, Wisconsin. Harold makes his home in the Northwood's for half the summer. He said when his grandkids are in town he likes to cook them up some fish using his very simple recipe.
So this week we dine on Harolds EZ Fish.
The Parts:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tablespoon vinegar
Fixin' It:
Beat all the parts into one smooth batter.
Dip dry fish fillets in the batter and fry till golden brown.
Eat.
Harold, that is simple but sounds fantastic. Your fish fry is in the mail to use on your next trip here.
Now don't forget, if you have a recipe that everyone should try get it to me. All recipes can be sent by e-mails, letter, or dropped off her at the studios in Eagle River. If I use you recipe on this blog you will receive a FREE fish fry to a local restaurant.
