First to all Veterans. Thanks!
Happy FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY.
Let's get to it.
This recipe comes from Barb Collins from Eagle River. Her e-mail said that she uses the KISS method for cooking.
Keep It Simple Stupid, if you didn't know.
2 Pounds of your favorite fish fillets
Salt to season
1 cup white flour
On cookie sheet spread thick with butter, and lay fish fillets in.
Season with salt.
Over this pour two well-beaten eggs, and dredge with flour.
Bake three-quarters of an hour at 350 degrees, and baste with butter and water.
Garnish fish plate with parsley.
Sounds Great Barb, your fish fry is in the mail.
Now don't forget, if you have a recipe that everyone should try get it to me. All recipes can be sent by e-mails, letter, or dropped off her at the studios in Eagle River. If I use you recipe on this blog you will receive a FREE fish fry to a local restaurant.
