Well it's been kind of a crummy week weatherwise, but to finish it up with FISH FRY FRIDAY, you gotta love it.

So today we have a recipe from Martin Kahne of Rhinelander. Martin asked me to post this recipe in honor of his dad. He said this was the only fish recipe he used and everyone in the fish camp loves. Martin lost his dad to cancer this year and said he will always have a great memory when it comes to his dad's favorite activity....feeding people.
So today we dine on Cecil's Fish.
3 tablespoons Original Bisquick mix
1cup Original Bisquick mix
½ cup beer
½ teaspoon salt
Makin' It: -Heat oil to 350ºF.
-Lightly coat or dust the fish with 3 tablespoons Bisquick mix.
-Mix remaining ingredients with hand beater until smooth. If batter is too thick, stir in additional beer, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency.
Dip fish into batter, letting excess drip into bowl.
Fry fish about 2 minutes until golden brown.
Set on paper towel to drain.
