Whoopie! It is finally here. It's FISH FRY FRIDAY!!!

Getting to the business of the day. A delicious recipe was sent to us by Candy Lackish of Kentucky. That's what I said, Kentucky. Yep, Candy visits in the summer and listens online.

Today we dine on Lackish Lovely Fish.

The Parts:
4 fish fillets
1 quart cooking oil, or Crisco.
1 1/2 cups seasoned flour.

Makin' It: 
Heat the oil in a pan to at least 350 degrees.
 
Roll the dry fish in the flour, shake off excess flour, and let the filets sit on a rack or, on wax paper, for 5-10 minutes.
 
Roll the fillets in the flour a second time, shake off excess flour, and deep fry.  
 
Drain each fillet on paper towels for a few seconds and serve.


Eat

Sounds simple, quick, and tasty, Candy. Your fish is on the way.
