
Happy FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY!
With the last several weeks Fridays have been crazy, but this week I am back in the air chair and here on the blog ready to give away some fish.
This weeks recipe come from Tom Klemmens of Eagle River. Tom sent us this dandy and said that his grandkids love it.
Today we dine on Tom's Fish.
The Parts:
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Fish fillets, thawed perch
The Mix:
Combine first 6 ingredients, beat until smooth.
Dip fish in batter.
Fry in deep fat until golden brown, turning once.
