Welcome to the first Fish Fry recipe of the new year, and welcome to FISH FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIDAY!
 

This week we dine on a nice recipe from Scott and Tina Carpenter. Scott say's this is the only way his family will eat fish.

This week we dine on Carpenter Pan Fried Fish.
 
The Parts:
3/4 lb. fish fillets
1/8 lb. butter
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dill powder
 
Makin’ It:
Melt butter and butter in a non-stick fry pan - medium heat.
 
When melted, add garlic and dill. Stir well with wooden spoon.
 
Pat fish dry with paper towels and place in fry pan.
 
Using medium to high heat, cook 2-4 minutes until outer edges of fish turn white. Turn fish over and cook until it is easily penetrated with a fork.
 
Simple, Easy and Sounds Delicious.
